A note from Stuart Zadel

Dear Friend,

Buckminster Fuller, one of the world's great geniuses, said; "The reason you need to make money is to do all the things that need to be done, that aren't getting done."

It's been inspiring and heart warming to see the masses of money raised and given so generously, by Australian's recently, to the Bushfire appeal. Last week from Bathurst, and the Central West area, 12 semi-trailer loads of donated food, clothing and goods were collected and shipped to Victoria free of charge by a local trucking company... One gentleman lent his campervan to a now homeless family until they get back on their feet... My local bank teller told me even pensioners were coming in and giving $1000 to the cause; just amazing stuff.

I guess the point is; we all have so much to give, and when it's all said and done... everything you own will go to someone else anyway, so maybe, we should start giving now.

By the way, Buckminster Fuller also said; "You should get all your future days paid for so that you can really find out what it is you were meant to do here on this planet."

"I'm going to spend the first half of my life making money and the second half giving it away."

Weekly Success Tip

No Money Down Deals

Andrew Carnegie went from a poor coal mining town in Scotland, to become the richest man in the world. How is that possible?

Well, it's only possible through these words; 'No Money Down'.

I love to read books, especially biographies and auto biographies. If you were to go back and read up on Andrew Carnegie you would find that every key deal he did was essentially, what we call a 'no money down' deal. That is, he could put a deal together without having to invest any of his own money. Obviously this was by necessity, starting from nothing, but cleverly by design, even after he was fabulously wealthy.

On one such occasion, Carnegie observing the expansion of the railway industry in the U.S. tweaked that they were going to need lots of steel. He decided to visit Bessemer Steel in Germany, who has an exclusive process for making steel, and while he had nothing to lose financially, Carnegie asked them for their process fully expecting the company to give it to him. Bessemer didn't know or understand the concept of franchising so instead, just gave him their process... no money down, no money period! With that Carnegie traveled back to America and became the richest man in the world.

No money down deals are a concept every person should imbibe into their DNA!

No money down deals, as a concept, is possible in all four wealth streams. You can buy houses with no money down. You can start or acquire a business no money down, and you can certainly make money out of the internet or share market with no money down.
