The Six Key Market Drivers

As a Property Entrepreneur you are always looking for an active approach to add value to a property in some way, to create something that wasn’t there before, for a profit.

Having said that, we are not going to pass up any passive advantage the market place affords us. In fact, we are going to look for and use every advantage we can get in the market place to achieve a profitable outcome; even those we personally don’t work for.

1.    Population Growth – By 2025 Melbourne’s population is set to increase by over one million people, with more than 1,000 people relocating there every week. Last year’s population growth was one of the city’s largest rises, taking in both natural population increase and immigration. As well, the majority of overseas migrants are medium to high income earners so they have the ability to buy and rent more properties. What effect do you think that will have on the Melbourne market?
